Malcolm Silver has more than twenty years experience in investment and financial services, which has included the film and television industries and life insurance. His personal passion for real estate has extended to packaging attractive real estate opportunities for investors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Malcolm Silver bought his first commercial investment property in Toronto in 2002, his second in 2005, third and fourth in 2007 and fifth in 2011. His real estate portfolio now comprises four commercial buildings in excellent locations within the Toronto metropolitan area.

Malcolm has concentrated on investing in properties that are under performing at the time of acquisition, with a view to renovating and increasing rental values to market levels. All buildings are fully leased. His acquisitions are guided by a simple philosophy: buy buildings that offer positive cash flow and long-term capital appreciation in downtown Toronto locations that are improving.
